Refund & Cancellation

Plain answers, no fine print.

Free trial

• If a free trial is offered, its length is shown on the subscription screen before you start.
• No payment is taken when the trial starts.
• If you have notifications turned on, the app reminds you before the trial ends. If notifications are off, it can't remind you, and the app tells you so.

When billing begins

Billing begins when the free trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If no trial was offered to you, billing begins when you subscribe.

Prices and automatic renewal

• Plans: monthly (US$8.99/month) or yearly (US$79.99/year). Prices may vary by country and are always shown in the app and on the App Store before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and your Apple ID is charged the price of your plan, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

How to cancel

Either:

• in the app: Settings → Manage Subscription, then choose Cancel Subscription; or
• on your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Cosmic Budgeting → Cancel Subscription.

You don't need to contact us, and we won't try to talk you out of it.

What cancelling does

• You keep access until the end of the current free trial or billing period you've already paid for.
• You won't be charged again.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel using the steps above.

After cancellation

When your trial or paid period ends, the app shows the subscription screen again. Your readings, history and settings stay on your device, so everything is still there if you subscribe again. To remove your data, delete the app.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We can't issue refunds directly. To request one:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Find the Cosmic Budgeting charge.
3. Choose "Request a refund" and follow the steps.

Apple reviews each request. If you have trouble, contact us and we'll help however we can.
